What Our Pest Control Visit Covers
Last updated: October 2026
Nevada Pest Pros performs the pest-control work described in your estimate, service order, or other written agreement. Depending on that scope, a visit may include inspection of accessible areas, identification of pest activity, treatment using products approved for the job, and practical instructions for preparation or follow-up.
We do not include repairs, construction, sanitation, wildlife removal, or work in inaccessible areas unless separately agreed in writing. Additional visits, different pests, and treatments outside the original scope also require approval.
Pesticide work must follow applicable requirements, including Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 555 and Nevada Administrative Code Chapter 555, which address pest-control licensing and applicator standards. We follow the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act and product label directions for application, storage, and disposal.
Chemical hazard information is handled under OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200. Waste is managed under applicable requirements, including the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act where relevant.
Requirements of the Nevada Department of Agriculture, EPA, and Southern Nevada Health District apply as relevant to the service.
Booking, Changing, or Cancelling a Visit
Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another method offered by Nevada Pest Pros. We confirm the service date and any arrival window when booking.
Please provide accurate access instructions and tell us about relevant conditions at the property before the visit. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, contact us as soon as possible and before the scheduled arrival.
Any cancellation charge or notice period applies only if it was disclosed and agreed to when you booked.
We may contact you to reschedule if weather, safety concerns, access problems, or other circumstances prevent the planned work. If the technician finds that the pest, treatment area, or requested work differs from the approved service, we will explain the proposed change and any added cost before proceeding.
We will not treat the new scope as approved unless you agree. You may ask questions or decline the added work; that may mean the original service cannot be completed as planned.
Estimates, Charges, and Payment Timing
An estimate describes the work and price proposed for the property based on the information available at the time. It is not approval for work beyond the scope it lists.
The final charge will follow the accepted estimate or service agreement, including any taxes or other charges disclosed before you approve the service. If inspection reveals a need for additional work, Nevada Pest Pros will explain the change and its price and request your approval before doing it.
Payment is due according to the timing stated in your estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Please review those documents and ask about any unclear charge before authorizing work.
If no payment timing is stated, contact us to confirm it before the appointment. We do not promise financing or a particular price outside a written offer.
If you believe an invoice does not match the approved scope, contact us promptly with the details so we can review it. Any undisputed amount remains subject to the agreed payment terms.
What to Expect About Service Coverage
Any service warranty or retreatment commitment applies only when its terms are provided in writing for the specific service. The written terms will identify what is covered, how long coverage lasts, and any steps you must take to request follow-up.
These details can vary by pest, treatment, and property conditions, so this page does not promise a standard duration or outcome. A treatment does not guarantee that pests will never return.
Coverage may not apply to conditions outside the agreed work, new pest activity, untreated areas, or circumstances that prevent the treatment from working as intended. Examples can include failure to follow preparation or follow-up instructions, changes to the treated area, or access limitations.
The applicable written terms govern what happens in those circumstances. Contact Nevada Pest Pros if activity continues or returns; share the service date and location so we can review the agreement and explain any available next steps. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Daniel Reyes
Service Expert at Nevada Pest Pros
I started in pest control around Henderson, where hot summers, block walls, and desert landscaping can bring scorpions and ants right up to the house. Over time, I built experience treating homes across Nevada and learned to plan for the state’s long drives, changing seasons, and different pest pressures from one region to the next.
Responsibility for Service-Related Losses
To the extent allowed by law, Nevada Pest Pros’ responsibility for a claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed conditions, pest activity outside the approved scope, or loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law and do not excuse duties that cannot legally be waived.
Our work remains subject to applicable safety and pesticide rules. Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 555 and Nevada Administrative Code Chapter 555 govern relevant licensing and applicator standards.
The Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act requires pesticide use consistent with product labeling; EPA label directions govern application, storage, and disposal. OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200, addresses chemical hazard communication.
Applicable hazardous-waste requirements, including the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act when relevant, continue to apply. No term in this section authorizes work contrary to law or a pesticide label.
